Overview

Connections On The Parkway, Inc. (often referred to as “Connections”) was founded in 2011. Located in Houston County, Connections is physically located at 957 Carl Vinson Parkway, Centerville, Georgia. The facility provides vital programs and services to the community as a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization and is governed by the Board of Directors.

Mission

Close the growing guidance gap among high school students and produce healthy youth and families.

Vision

Provide 5,000 high school students and parents with career, health and wellness guidance for improvement in educational attainment and health outcomes.
